Return Policy

Procedure for changing to another number or product

You have the option to return the received product (as long as it is in its original form)

Returns can be made within 15 days after information at our email address contact@gavala-lingerie.gr or by phone at 2310 708 962.

The return of the parcel is done exclusively with GENIKI TAXIDROMIKI with our charge (concerns the first change).

For any other change the cost amounts to 4 euros which the customer pays to GENERAL POST.

Refunds are only made if the product you receive is defective.
